Hi
and welcome to the student and young adult community at KCBC! We are seeking to be a community of disciples longing
to know Jesus and to make him known through our lives and the world God has placed us in – whether at college or work.
We meet together for fellowship,
spiritual growth and to encourage each other to get out of our comfort zones! As well as meeting each week to study
the bible and fellowship together, we have a Friday night football ministry and Sunday Lunch Social and hold regular socials
such as our Global Food Nights and Movie Marathon,
picnics in Regent's Park and our Weekend Away.
A whole range of nationalities are
represented in our group, from British to Nigerian to Hungarian to South African (and Welsh if you count that as separate
;-)! Some of us are undergrads, some are postgrads, there's a smattering of PhD students and others of us are working
in London in different sectors, music, law and I.T. to name a few. Whatever your situation, we'd be really
happy to welcome you and help you settle in to London life.
Here's what the SPRING & SUMMER PROGRAMME for 2010
looks like:

WEDNESDAY NIGHT we've recently looked
at Christians and politics, and are preparing for our next term together. Generally you can expect bible & apologetics-based
learning, prayer time, snacks and fellowship from 7pm.. FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
don't
miss the chance to don your boots and grace the astroturf with us fortnightly at Finsbury Leisure Centre!
MOVIE MARATHON
3D
specs? check. Favourite slouching position? check. Famous film critic buddy? Hmm, working on it. Find the popcorn flowing
at our epic termly themed movie marathons! SUNDAY BASEMENT LUNCH
where
we get together to catch up, chat and have fun with high-energy table tennis, pool, Fussball and food every Sunday after the
11am service...do you really want to miss that?! WEEKEND AWAY In late April we're going back
to Kent for our annual weekend away - see Facebook for photos!

We would love for you to join us either on a Wednesday night for fellowship group or at our other activities. Just
contact Pete James on kcbcstudents@yahoo.co.uk for more details...
